This policy describes how digital Patient Care Videos ordered through gastro.rounak-jain.com are prepared and delivered.

1. Digital Products

All videos and related documents are delivered electronically.

No physical products are shipped, and no physical shipping charges apply.

2. Order Processing

Order processing begins once the ordering process is complete and all required order details have been received and checked.

If submitted information is incomplete or requires clarification, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

3. Video Preparation

Videos are prepared using the clinic branding details, selected treatments, languages, and agreed order specifications.

4. Review Before Patient Use

The purchasing Gastroenterology professional or clinic is responsible for reviewing the delivered video, including its branding, narration, illustrations, subtitles, and clinical instructions, and determining its clinical suitability before using or sharing it with patients.

This review is the clinic's responsibility before patient use; it is not an approval required before we deliver the video.

Additional customization beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and may affect delivery timelines.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates are communicated after the ordering process is complete.

The timeline may depend on:

• Completion of payment, where required.
• Receipt of correct branding materials.
• The type and extent of customization.
• Customer responses to clarification requests.

Any material delay will be communicated to the affected customer.

6. Delivery Methods

Completed videos and accompanying documents may be delivered through:

• Email attachments or download links.
• WhatsApp.
• Other mutually agreed electronic methods.

We may use an alternative delivery method if the originally intended method is unavailable or unsuccessful.

7. Delivery Problems

If a customer does not receive an expected completed video or cannot access the download, they should contact us using the details below.

We will verify the order and arrange delivery or redelivery where appropriate.

Customers should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and that they can receive the relevant files.

8. Final Deliverables

Depending on the ordered product, final delivery may include:

• The completed MP4 video or videos.
• The full applicable Clinic Use Licence & Terms and order policies.
• An invoice or payment receipt, as applicable.
• Any other documents expressly included in the order.

Website delivery emails provide a private download link to a ZIP containing the videos and accompanying licence and terms. Website download links expire seven days after final delivery availability; the exact deadline is shown in the delivery email and on the order page. Please download and save a backup before that deadline.

The customer receives the agreed licensed deliverables. Purchasing a video does not transfer ownership of its copyright; permitted use is governed by the accompanying licence.

9. Custom Orders

For orders requiring substantial modifications or entirely new videos, delivery schedules, revision arrangements, and other conditions may be specified in a separate quotation or written agreement.

Those agreed conditions will govern the particular custom order where they differ from this general policy, subject to applicable law.
